The Website is operated by Brunn Elements, LDA (hereinafter referred to as “Brunn”, “we”, “us”, “our” or the “Company”), a company established in Portugal.
By accessing, browsing, or making purchases through the Website, the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, they must refrain from using the Website.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Brunn.

3. LEGAL CAPACITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
Access to and use of the Website for the purpose of making purchases is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts.
By placing an order, the user represents and warrants that they meet this requirement.
Brunn reserves the right to cancel orders where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the user does not meet the above requirements.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
Accessing the Website, creating a user account, or making a purchase constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Brunn may amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will take effect upon publication on the Website.
Users are advised to review this page periodically.

Users may create a personal account to facilitate future purchases.
When creating an account, the user agrees to:

All orders are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Brunn will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer:

- An alternative product, where available.

Prices displayed on the Website may be changed without prior notice.
Depending on the country of delivery, prices may include or exclude applicable taxes.
Shipping costs will be displayed before the checkout process is completed.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, Brunn reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
10. PURCHASE PROCESS
The purchasing process includes the following steps:

- Submission of shipping information.
- Selection of a payment method.
- Order confirmation.
Once the process has been completed, the customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the order.
Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order. Brunn may cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including:

- Payment issues.
- Technical errors.
11. PAYMENT METHODS
The Website accepts the following payment methods:

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Brunn does not store complete credit card details.
12. SHIPPING
Brünn uses a third-party shipping provider for all orders and offers two delivery methods, depending on the destination country: home delivery or collection from a pickup point.
Order delivery times range from 1 to 15 business days, although these timeframes may be affected during periods of high demand. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
Mainland Portugal: 1–2 business days
Mainland Spain: 1–2 business days
Other European countries: 2–8 business days
Rest of the world: 5–20 business days
Shipping costs are borne by the customer. For each order, shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the products ordered and the destination region, in accordance with the following rates:
Mainland Portugal: €2.50
Mainland Spain: €7.50
Germany, France, Monaco, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, Slovenia, Slovakia, Liechtenstein, Poland, the Czech Republic and Switzerland: €10.00
Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania and Norway: €15.00
United States, Canada and Mexico: €25.00
United Kingdom: €15.00
Americas: €35.00
Rest of the world: €35.00
The prices listed above include the applicable VAT for the relevant region.
Delivery shall be deemed completed once the carrier confirms successful delivery through its tracking system or other proof of delivery. The recipient’s signature is not required for delivery to be considered completed.
For shipments outside the European Union, the customer may be responsible for the payment of applicable import taxes or customs duties.
13. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As provided by law, Brünn allows customers to exchange or return items within 14 days of delivery, provided that the following requirements are met:
- Items must be sealed and in their original packaging.
- Items must be in perfect condition, with no signs of handling or alteration.
- Items must be returned with all original documentation, including the invoice and packaging.
To request an exchange or return, the customer must contact us by email at hello@brunnstore.com.
If the exchange or return is requested due to a defect or other lack of conformity, Brünn will cover the costs associated with the process. Once the request has been received, we will provide the customer with the necessary return shipping label(s) and dispatch a replacement item as soon as the returned item has been received at our warehouse.
If the exchange or return is requested solely at the customer’s discretion, the associated costs will be borne by the customer, who must send the item, with shipping costs prepaid, to the address provided by our customer service team.
Once the items have been received at our facilities, we will carry out a thorough inspection and, if the conditions for the exchange are confirmed, Brünn will process the refund or dispatch the replacement item within 14 days.
In the event of a return, the refund amount will not include shipping costs and will be refunded using the same payment method originally used by the customer, unless the original payment was made via ATM using an entity and reference. In such cases, the customer must provide their IBAN so that the refund can be processed by bank transfer.
14. LEGAL GUARANTEE
Products sold through the Website are covered by the applicable statutory guarantee in accordance with European Union law.
If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, the customer will be entitled to:
- Repair.
- Replacement.
- Price reduction.
- Termination of the contract, where applicable.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and software, is owned by Brunn Elements, LDA or its licensors.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use of such content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
16. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND SERVICES

Brunn does not control or supervise such services and assumes no responsibility for their operation or availability.
The use of these services is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant providers.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Brunn may suspend or terminate access to the Website at any time if the user breaches these Terms.
Any obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive termination.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union legislation.
