Which countries can I ship my BRÜNN to? Plus

We ship to all of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and all countries in America, including Mexico, Canada, and the United States. If your country is not on the list, please contact us via email:hello@brunnstore.com

Can I return my BRÜNN? Plus

Yes, you can! Any of our products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your BRÜNN, you just need to return it in its original packaging and unused.

Once your return is received, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Please note that unless the issue is a result of our error, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

What payment methods do you accept? Plus

Are BRÜNN bottles dishwasher-safe? Plus

Most of our models are dishwasher safe; you can check the details of your preferred model.

Can a BRÜNN be sent as a gift to a friend? Plus

Yes, of course you can! You can also leave a special note that we will include with your order.

Can I put my BRÜNN in the microwave? Plus

No, our stainless steel thermoses are not microwave safe. But don't worry, they keep your drinks hot for a long time without needing to be reheated!

Is it possible to purchase additional lids and accessories for my BRÜNN? Plus

At the moment, we do not have these individual items available for sale, but due to high demand, we are working to include them on our website this year.

Can I customize my BRÜNN? Plus

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer customizations for our cups.

How can I review, update, change, or cancel my order? Plus

We understand, mistakes happen! Email us as soon as possible at: hello@brunnstore.com to confirm the status of your order. If the order has not been shipped yet, we can make the changes you require: capacity, color, and model. If the order has already been shipped, please wait to receive your BRÜNN and start your return process within the first 14 days.

What happens if my BRÜNN has a manufacturing defect? Plus

You will hardly receive a BRÜNN with defects, as we check all products before shipping, however, in case you receive the product with any defect, write to us at: hello@brunnstore.com, you will receive instructions and a 20% discount for your next purchase.

Can I request a BRÜNN without a QR code? Plus

No, all our BRÜNNs are designed with a QR that accompanies you at all times.
