Shipping policy

 

Brünn uses a third-party shipping provider for all orders and offers two delivery methods, depending on the destination country: home delivery or collection from a designated pickup point.

Order delivery times range from 1 to 15 business days, although these timeframes may be affected during periods of high demand. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

Mainland Portugal: 1–2 business days
Mainland Spain: 1–2 business days
Other European countries: 3–6 business days
United States, Canada and Mexico: 3–6 business days
Rest of the Americas: 4–8 business days
United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
Rest of the world: 2–15 business days

Shipping costs are borne by the customer. For each order, shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the products ordered and the destination region, in accordance with the following rates:

Mainland Portugal: €2.50
Mainland Spain: €7.50
Germany, France, Monaco, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, Slovenia, Slovakia, Liechtenstein, Poland, the Czech Republic and Switzerland: €10.00
Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania and Norway: €15.00
United States, Canada and Mexico: €25.00
United Kingdom: €15.00
Americas: €35.00
Rest of the world: €35.00

The shipping rates listed above include any applicable VAT for the relevant region.

Delivery shall be deemed completed once the carrier confirms successful delivery through its tracking system or other proof of delivery. The recipient’s signature is not required for delivery to be considered completed.

For shipments outside the European Union, the customer may be responsible for the payment of any applicable import taxes, customs duties or other charges imposed by the destination country.
